Feeding the Goat Volume 17 - Interview from January 18
From Mypetgoat.tv on the Revere Radio Network
Some questions and answers about controlled demolition, preceded by a brief discussion of a fascinating new energy technology called MagneGas that I got the chance to see first-hand on a visit to Florida this year. In fact I got to see the unit pictured at the top of the page operating shortly before it was shipped to Cyprus, where it will be processing all their liquid waste. By subjecting liquid waste (preferably a mixture of water-based sewage or agricultural waste with waste oil) to a high-current submerged electric arc, all toxic compounds are dissociated into their separate atoms while a gas is produced that can be used interchangeably with natural gas as a fuel. Pretty cool stuff - more on the underlying science can be found here.

I spend quite a bit of time discussing the significance of the very fine dust particles, less than 0.26 microns in diameter, that were measured by Professor Thomas Cahill of U.C. Davis. Though his measurements didn't begin until three weeks after 9-11, the continuing production of these extremely small particles of unusual chemical composition has never been explained.

particle analysis from the WTC site can be found here

Pre-collapse explosions
MPEG video clip of WTC-1 collapse:
20.5mb, mpeg-2 encoding, 1:05 duration,
first explosion at ~8 seconds. Allowing
for the distance and the speed of sound,
this means the explosion happened 17
seconds before the start of the collapse.

music, videos of the collapses, interview clips and minimalist on-screen text to
create a very effective introduction to the many oddities of the events of 9-11.

A very clear picture taken from north and a little east of the WTC site, with Building 7 at the lower right and the remains of the spire just behind its left edge, apparently taken from a helicopter. The entire spire was turning to dust just as the picture was taken, but still retained much of its fine detail, indicating that very little time has elapsed to allow dispersion of the dust. Notice that the single column on the right, the tallest portion of the spire, has already become transparent. The columns falling away to the left of the spire can also be seen trailing thick dust, indicating that they too are disintegrating as they fall.

The
spire from a new angle: telephoto views from the
northeast
Found at http://www.mirrors.org/historical/2001-09-11-World-Trade_Center/wtc/image_gallery/index_4.htm
The top of WTC-7 is
visible just to the right and a little in front of the spire in the telephoto
pictures, with the east "mechanical penthouse" visible on its
roof. If anyone can provide the missing full-size image for P9111201.jpg I
would be very appreciative.

spire_collapse_from_north.avi - Telephoto view of the North Tower collapse from north of WTC-7. There is an unexplained bright glow just as the initial dust cloud hits ground, after which a collection of columns from one end of the core (the "spire") becomes visible, and remains standing for about 15 seconds. At this point it begins to fall straight down, but appears to disintegrate into fine particles before it can complete its fall.
From "In Plane
Site - Director's Cut"
North and South Tower Anomalies.avi - Some of the "bonus footage" from the new edition of the In Plane Site video, including four views of the South Tower "flash" at normal and 2% normal speed, and a similar look at the North Tower impact. A 56mb file, 3 min. 30 sec. playing time.
Day 1 - WTC Collapse 02.avi - CNN footage of north tower collapse seen from the north. Good view of squibs at beginning, thick dust trails behind falling pieces, the "spire" becomes visible at end.
discovery.wmv - Architect
Matthys Levy, author of "Why Buildings Fall Down" on Discovery Channel
documentary the remarkable simi9larity of the twin tower collapses to controlled
demolitions.
New_Jersey.zip (5mb) - A collection of still pictures of the WTC collapses taken from Liberty State Park, across the Hudson River in Jersey City and directly west of the Trade Center. Good telephoto close-ups of both collapses.
Shaking before WTC-1 collapse.mpg
- Tripod-mounted camera view of the top of WTC-1 shows pronounced ground
shaking about 10 seconds before the collapse begins. Also from the
beginning of WTC - the First 24 Hours
SecondaryDevices.mp3
- Interview with NBC reporter Pat Dawson on day of 9/11 describing
reports from the NYFD of secondary explosions and explosive devices in the Twin
Towers.
Beginning of Evan Fairbank Interview with Peter Jennings - This clip begins with footage of the south tower collapse, which Fairbank was able to capture as he and Port Authority Police were on their way back to Trinity Church to make a copy of the South Tower crash tape that is shown later in the interview. He films the collapse from north of Buildings 5 and 6, and has to run to escape the dust cloud as it flows over these buildings. The segment then goes on to the discussion of the second plane crash as seen in the "Evan Fairbank interview, WTC-2 plane crash footage .avi" video. Notice Jennings' unaccustomed clumsiness of speech and the heavy-handed way he tries to insert the terrorist meme, beginning with his emphasis on the word 'attack.'
Evan Fairbank interview, WTC-2 plane crash footage .avi - "It disappears like a bad special effect." An interview (by a tongue-tied Peter Jennings) with video photographer Evan Fairbank, who was responsible for some remarkable footage (as described in greater detail here). They begin by discussing a clip of the south tower plane crash looking up from street level , which is played forward and backwards at various speeds. They later talk again about his experience filming the South Tower collapse and running from the dust cloud as shown at the beginning of the first video.
German program on the attacks.avi
- An interesting documentary put together by PSI-Logic, full title:
Terrorism Attack, 11.September 2001, New York City. Divx
encoded, 5min 40sec duration. Excellent footage of the collapses.
NOVA WTC-2 collapse.avi - A series of views of the south tower collapse from the NOVA documentary "Why the Towers Fell," along with footage of the pyroclastic cloud racing along nearby streets, as well as two eyewitness descriptions of the events. The first collapse sequence is a clearer version of the first segment from this clip, without the ABC logo but with an oddly manipulated sound track to suit the mood of the documentary. Instead of hearing the announcer yell "...you can see the two towers...a huge explosion now raining debris down on all of us. We better get out of the way!" we hear a heartbeat-like sound that is gradually faded in over the announcer, a heartbeat that gradually slows to create suspense for the coming event, and though we hear the roar of the collapse his cry of alarm has been edited out. The still picture above is from the third view of the WTC-2 collapse seen in the compilation, with the Millennium Hilton hotel in the foreground. It again gives a brief but vivid view of the demolition wave moving down the building in a rapid but linear (not visibly accelerating) fashion reminiscent of the elevator-like decent of Building 7. AVI encoded with MPEG-4 VKI codec
amateur wtc plane_bb.wmv - This hand-held video footage of the South Tower plane crash was shot from due south of the WTC, probably from Battery Park. The original of the clip can be found here: My WTC Videos which seems to be the web site of the photographer. The opening shot of the collision is followed by a slow-motion close-up sequence of the impact that appears to be a digital blow-up of the initial clip. The flash on impact is also visible in this view, though partly blocked by the plane's fuselage at this angle. There is a second clip also on Megagiannis' site (wtc_bb.wmv) that brackets the impact footage with longer segments before and after and a long postscript of both towers burning.
911 - wtc - images from helicopter - new release.asf
- An Israeli television news
show with helicopter footage of the South Tower collapse, from Kazaa. The
announcer speaks Hebrew, but we hear this in English: "It's gone, the whole
tower... it's gone! Holy crap! They knocked the whole friggin' thing
down! They did it... it's down, the fuckin' tower's down."
2ndplanevarious_a.mpg - Several views of the south tower plane crash from KTLA. Notice how the plane appears as a dark silhouette although the sun is behind the camera and the building is in full sun. (http://baltimore.indymedia.org/newswire/display/6138/index.php)
TLCdoc_WTC-1_close.mpg - Short clip from TLC documentary "World Trade Center: Anatomy of the Collapse" showing the north tower collapse. The "spire" can be seen emerging at the end, with what appear to be disintegrating columns peeling away to the left, leaving the intact spire behind.
TLC_WTC-2_sim.mpg - Excerpt from TLC WTC documentary showing proposed mechanism of collapse, followed by shots of the actual collapse. Notice contrast between the buckling in the simulation vs. the explosive collapse of the real tower.
so_tower_from_behind_north.mpg - An excerpt from the beginning of the extended version of the video documentary WTC - the First 24 Hours, shows just a little bit of the south tower on to the right of the north, partially obscured by smoke. The beginning of collapse is very difficult to catch as WTC-2 begins to slip straight down. Strong camera shaking as debris hits ground at 22 seconds.
Bld7.qt - New footage of WTC-7 prior to collapse, showing (from the north) only small localized areas of visible flames. Smoke clouds appear to cling to the south wall, but there are no visible fires on that side
Bright afterglow of south tower collapse .avi - 1mb AVI beginning just after WTC-2 collapse shows a persistent glow very similar to the first clip
wtc_tower2_collapse.avi - Several views of South Tower collapse at the beginning, including some remarkable close-up footage. The second half shows views of the North Tower collapse, with an extended view of the afterglow at the end. (11.6mb AVI)
collapse 01_a.avi - Several views of the North Tower collapse, with a new view of the collapse of the "spire" at the end (followed by very short clip of Building 7)
collapse 01_spire.mpg - Spire clip from above - shot from east and a little north of the North Tower, with the Woolworth Building in the foreground
collapse 01_spire_clip.avi - AVI version of spire clip
Woolworth_1.mpg - Earlier clip from collapse 01.mpeg shot by same camera as spire footage. Shows the beginning of the WTC-1 collapse
second.fall.new.view.wmv - Close-up of North Tower collapse with emergence of spire at end
010912collapse1.avi - ABC News video compilation: The South Tower collapse from five perspectives
south_1.mpg - The first segment of 010912, showing the South Tower collapse from just west of the North Tower.
south_1.avi - AVI version of south_1
south_2.mpg - Second segment of above: South Tower collapse viewed from east of WTC-1, again very close to the collapse.
south_2.avi - AVI version of south_2
010912 - 3rd clip.mpg - The South Tower collapse, telephoto view from north of WTC-1. Very energetic explosions visible on lower left at 3 seconds.
010912 - 4th clip.mpg - View of WTC-2 collapse from north and west of WTC-1, close to the North Pedestrian Bridge on West Street.
Large chunks of debris, mostly sections of the outer wall, can be seen trailing thick dust streams of dust as they fall. One of the largest piece of debris can be seen striking WTC-3 creating a deep notch as seen in this picture from Bill Biggert:
010912 - last clip.mpg - A short clip showing the end of the collapse and beginning of the afterglow from somewhere east of the North Tower.
pentagon.turn.to.dust.avi - Video of the collapse of the Pentagon segment ~20 minutes after initial hit. Note the strange glow, similar to that seen in the WTC collapses, and the way the roofline bows as if it has temporarily become flexible.
pentagon-glow&turn-to-dust.zip - Stills from the above video
